3 Day Lake Mburo Wildlife Tour

DAY 1: Entebbe – Lake Mburo National park
Highlights of the game drive include: Zebras, Giraffes, waterbucks, impala, leopard, reedbuck, buffalo, defassa, oribi, topi and the giant eland.
Dinner and overnight at Mihingo Safari Lodge (High end lodge) or Mantana Tented Camp (Moderate facility) or Eagles Nest Lake Mburo. (Budget facility)
Meal plan: Breakfast – Lunch and Dinner

DAY 2: Lake Mburo National park
After an early breakfast go for a nature walk in the park accompanied by a game ranger, across the observation platform and via the salt lick. The observation platform overlooks an area of salty soil that wildlife often collect for a salt lick.
Return from the nature walk to relax and unwind before heading out for a relaxed boat ride down the Eastern banks of Lake Mburo after lunch. The highlights of this activity include: several bird species, like the fish eagle, colorful king fisher and on a lucky day you might see the shoe bill, while the animals include: hippopotamus, Zebras, and buffalos among others.

Dinner and overnight stay at Mihingo Lodge (High end lodge) or Mantana Tented Camp (Moderate facility) or Eagles Nest Lake Mburo (Budget facility)

DAY 3: Lake Mburo National park – Kampala/Entebbe
Have a relaxed breakfast and with bags ready embark on a brief game drive before proceeding to Entebbe with a stopover at the equator to have a look at possible souvenirs Arrive Entebbe and check into a day room for a few hours to refresh and head straight to the airport. Check in for your evening flight home.
