The theological and business management of ReiseMission is in the hands of the company's founder and sole shareholder, Mr. Günter Grünewald. During his time as a pastor, he recognized the beneficial effects of group travel on congregational life. At the same time, there was a lack of organizers on the market at that time who could conduct study and encounter trips in a way that was appropriate for the congregation. Therefore, he began to support the first congregations in organizing trips to the Holy Land.

The requests for this became more and more frequent and over time his commitment developed into a company.
