Here is a sample 8-day itinerary for the Lemosho Route: Day 1: Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa (2,650m / 8,690ft) Drive to Londorossi Gate, then trek to Mti Mkubwa campsite. Day 2: Mti Mkubwa to Shira 1 Camp (3,505m / 11,500ft) Trek through the rainforest and heathland to reach Shira 1 camp. Day 3: Shira 1 to Shira 2 Camp (3,840m / 12,600ft) Ascend to Shira 2 camp through the alpine meadow. Day 4: Shira 2 to Barranco Camp (3,960m / 12,990ft) Traverse the Shira Plateau and descend to Barranco Valley for overnight. Day 5: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp (4,035m / 13,200ft) Climb the Barranco Wall, then trek to Karanga campsite.
