Day 1
Arrival & Stone Town Experience
Arrive at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport

Meet & greet, followed by transfer to your hotel in Stone Town

Afternoon Stone Town Walking Tour

Visit: House of Wonders, Old Fort, Sultan’s Palace & Old Slave Market

Stroll through local markets and spice shops

Enjoy dinner at Forodhani Gardens or The Tea House Restaurant

Overnight: Stone Town

Day 2
Spice Tour & Local cooking
Morning:

After breakfast, depart for the Spice Tour

Learn about Zanzibar’s famous spices — cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla

Enjoy tasting tropical fruits and coconut water

Afternoon:

Under the guidance of local women or chefs, prepare a traditional Swahili lunch — such as:

Coconut rice (wali wa nazi)

Fish curry or octopus in coconut sauce (pweza wa nazi)

Spiced pilau rice

Banana or cassava stew

Learn cooking techniques, spice blending, and coconut milk extraction.

Return to Stone Town for overnight

Day 3
Jozani Forest & The Rock Restaurant
Check out from Stone Town and head to the Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park

Spot the rare Red Colobus Monkeys

Walk through mangrove boardwalks

Continue to The Rock Restaurant for lunch (unique ocean view dining) - Lunch under own costs

Transfer to your your hotel in Jambiani

Day 4
Safari Blue Adventure
Full-Day Excursion:

Depart to Fumba Village for the famous Safari Blue Tour

Sail on a traditional dhow through the Menai Bay Conservation Area

Enjoy snorkeling, sandbank relaxation, and a seafood BBQ lunch

Optional dolphin spotting

Return to hotel and relax

Day 5
Mtende beach and salama cave
Morning:

Mtende Beach is a hidden-gem beach on the southern coast of the island of Unguja (Zanzibar), Tanzania. It is tucked away in a large cove framed by dramatic rock formations, offering a tranquil escape from the more developed tourist beaches.

Salaam Cave (also referred to as “Salaam Cave Aquarium”) is a natural cave attraction near the fishing village of Kizimkazi‑Dimbani on the southern / south-western coast of the island of Unguja (Zanzibar).

Day 6
North Coast Discovery (Nungwi & Kendwa)
Morning:

Transfer to the northern coast of Zanzibar

Visit Nungwi Turtle Sanctuary and local fishing villages

Relax on Kendwa Beach, one of Zanzibar’s most beautiful

Evening:

Optional dinner or nightlife at Kendwa Rocks Beach

Overnight: Nungwi / Kendwa

Day 7
Leisure & Departure
Morning:

Enjoy your final breakfast overlooking the ocean

Free time for shopping or a short walk along the beach

Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for departure
